Her professional journey spans community mental health services, combining strong expertise in human resource management, counselling, employee wellbeing, and psychosocial support. She has extensive experience supporting individuals facing emotional distress, workplace challenges, domestic violence, relationship difficulties, and youth mental health concerns through face-to-face counselling, tele-counselling, and crisis helpline services. Her advocacy work and public speaking engagements have contributed significantly to raising awareness on suicide prevention and culturally sensitive mental health support across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region. She has championed multilingual emotional support services and led impactful community outreach initiatives, including youth suicide prevention programs that have reached thousands of students nationwide.
