Dr. Tesini is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Senior Lecturer at IMU and IMU Healthcare, with over a decade of experience in clinical psychiatry, teaching, and community mental health. She has served in various hospital and community settings under the Ministry of Health Malaysia, with interests in corporate mental health, mood and anxiety disorders, adolescent and adult psychiatry, and women’s mental health.
Trained in psychotherapy, family and couple therapy, she combines evidence-based care with a compassionate, human-centered approach. As an active speaker and advocate, she promotes psychological wellbeing, resilience, and workplace mental wellness, making mental health conversations more accessible and less stigmatized.
