Prithika is a registered clinical psychologist with experience in university, community and social enterprise mental health settings. She has worked primarily with young adults and adults from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, including refugee and migrant communities, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, grief, psychological assessment and diagnostic clarification, ADHD, personality-related difficulties, emotional regulation, and concerns surrounding identity, life direction, and interpersonal relationships. She believes therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges at their own pace.

Prithika primarily works from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks, while integrating approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) according to each client’s unique needs and goals.
