Md Farhan is a registered Clinical Psychologist with experience in both government and private healthcare settings, specialising in adult and children’s mental health, psychological assessments, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. He also holds qualifications in neurophysiology, neuro-instrumentation, and nutritional medicine, allowing him to take a more holistic perspective when supporting emotional and cognitive wellbeing.
His areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, stress management, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, personality disorders, cognitive and IQ assessments, as well as neurodevelopmental and behavioural concerns. Farhan provides psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring each treatment plan according to the individual’s needs and personal journey.
Farhan has worked with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and is actively involved in community mental health outreach and psychoeducation programs.
In addition to his clinical work, he is currently pursuing his PhD in Psychology, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and advancing evidence-based mental healthcare practices.
