Norilani has clinical training and experience across private practice, government services, and NGO settings. She provides a supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Her work is guided by careful psychological assessment, collaborative formulation, and a commitment to meaningful, client-centred care.

Qualifications & Professional Registration

Norilani Ali is a registered Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She is registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) and is a Full Member of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (MSCP), practising in line with established professional and ethical standards.

Client Groups & Professional Experience

Norilani works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. She has experience managing a broad range of psychological concerns, including mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, personality disorders, substance-related and addictive disorders, and bipolar disorder.

In addition to longer-term psychotherapy, she provides short-term, solution-focused interventions, including support within Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) settings, tailoring therapy to meet clients where they are and support sustainable progress.
